This couple from Haryana follow the latest viral trends and challenges with their family’s help. Their reels are full of fun and affection.

Why it matters
Seeing older people online who are confident, funny and creative changes how all of us think about ageing. It also helps seniors feel less lonely, learn new skills and stay connected with younger generations.
Want to start? A few tips
- Start with what you love: cooking, gardening, music, stories from your life.
- Ask a grandchild to help with filming and editing at first.
- Keep your privacy safe. Never share your address, bank details or OTPs, and be careful with messages from strangers.
