Manasum Senior Living has announced Manasum Varishta, a senior living community in Gurugram, built in partnership with real estate developer Signature Global. Here is what we know about the project.
The project
- Where: Signature Global Sarvam, DXP Estates, Sector 37D, Gurugram
- Size: 164 homes within a 14-acre development
- Homes: three-bedroom apartments of about 1,815 and 1,840 sq ft, priced at around ₹3.7 crore each
- Estimated sales: about ₹575 crore
- Timeline: construction was set to begin within a month of the October 2026 announcement, with handover in about 48 months
How the partnership works
Signature Global handles the land, construction, financing and approvals. Manasum leads sales and will run the community after handover, including services for residents.
Services planned for residents
- Food and beverage, and concierge services
- Housekeeping
- Round-the-clock healthcare, with an ambulance on standby
- Community activities
Our view
Partnerships like this, where a large developer builds and a specialist operator runs the services, are becoming a common model in Indian senior living. For families, the key questions are about care rather than construction: what medical support is on site, how care changes as residents’ health changes, and what the ongoing monthly charges will be. We recommend asking these directly before booking any senior living home.
